Training

As part of the Company’s services, we conduct seminars, training and support for project managers in the area of project management. whithin this activity, we focus on providing the tools and skills necessary to become familiar with the processes, language and tools of the project management world.

We provide the following training:

• Project management terms and processes
• Software tools such as: MS PROJECT, TILOS, PRIMAVERA . All the trainings is done through emphasis on critical points which should be considered when creating schedules and their ongoing maintenance.

We also give initial guidance and mentoring in planning, controlling project risks, updating and monitoring programs, supporting the operation of tools for managing projects and mentoring the relevant factors in the management and operation of the PMO
